    Recommended Treatment Plan 

    Number of Sessions: Varies by skin concern; some see results after 1 session; You need to have  a series of 3–4 treatments for best results.  

    Frequency: Every 4–6 weeks 

    Results Timeline: Noticeable improvements often within weeks; continued improvements as collagen remodels over time. 

    Downtime: Little to none; most patients resume normal activities immediately. 

    Before Your Appointment 

    • Avoid direct sun exposure and tanning treatments for 2 weeks prior.

    • Discontinue use of active skincare (retinol, glycolics) 3–5 days before treatment .

    • Arrive with clean, makeup-free skin.

      

    During Treatment 

    • Procedure takes approximately 30 minutes.  

    • Patients commonly experience a warm prickling sensation as the laser is applied in a rolling motion. 

    • Ice or a cool compress may be applied to soothe the skin afterwards. 

      

    After Treatment 

    • Skin may feel warm and appear flushed, similar to mild sunburn. 

    • Temporary redness is normal and usually subsides within hours to a few days. 

    • Cooling measures may be continued at home to relieve warmth or sensitivity. 

    • Do not use hot water on face for 24 hours. 

    • No scrubbing skin until you feel some flaking, which is usually 4- 5 days post-treatment. 

    • Skin may appear dry/under eye puffy around the eye area (rare) around 3-4 days . 

    • Please do not use any active ingredients ie Retinol/Vitamin C, for 10-14 days.  

    ESSENTIAL  

    Apply sunscreen every day.
